The Higdon Outdoors Breeding Jake and Laydown Hen Turkey Decoy combo recreates one of the most effective spring setups a gobbler can encounter. The Breeding Jake shows the unmistakable posture of a young dominant jake moving in to breed—an instant trigger for mature toms that communicates challenge competition and opportunity. Paired with the Laydown Hen which mimics a submissive breeding posture gobblers can’t resist this setup flips the switch on territorial birds that refuse to tolerate another turkey stealing a hen. Used together the combination creates a highly realistic breeding scenario that pulls aggressive gobblers into range. Includes decoy bag.
